JET AWAY, a globetrotting son of Cape Cross, has been retired from racing and will stand as a dual-purpose stallion at Arctic Tack Stud in County Wexford this season.

The eight-year-old, a former inmate of Sir Henry Cecil's Warren Place, ended his career in Australia, where he landed the Group 3 Easter Cup before finishing a close fourth in the 2013 Caulfield Cup for David Hayes.
